Because garages remain our primary focus, we intentionally accept only a limited number of destination space projects each year. These opportunities are typically reserved for existing clients and trusted referrals, although we occasionally take on projects that align with our creative vision.

Saunas, cold plunges, showers, lounge seating, custom cabinetry, mood lighting, surround sound, and spa-inspired finishes all come together to create your own personal escape. Every project is tailored to your home, proving you don't need more space to create something extraordinary. Hidden Speakeasy Lounge
Imagine transforming an unused bedroom, bonus room, secondary living room, basement, or even the space above your garage into a destination unlike anything else in your home. While this concept explores a hidden speakeasy lounge, the same design philosophy can be applied to a private library, listening room, cigar lounge, whiskey room, or any retreat you can imagine.
For this concept, we blended warm natural materials with sculptural stone, rich wood paneling, industrial detailing, and subtle aviator-inspired furnishings to create a space that feels both grounded and otherworldly. A dramatic hallway or concealed entrance builds anticipation before revealing a retreat designed to help you disconnect from everyday life and disappear into a world of your own.

Kyoto Courtyard Oasis
Imagine transforming your backyard into more than just landscaping. Create a destination that feels like you've escaped to Kyoto, where water, stone, and nature come together to create a peaceful retreat just steps from your home.
For this concept, we designed a modern Zen courtyard featuring a sauna overlooking a koi pond, a floating deck, and a fire pit lounge inspired by Japanese gardens and Wabi Sabi design.
But this is only one possibility. Too often, backyards become little more than a pool and patio, when they have the potential to become something truly unforgettable.
