Phone consultations are always free. In many cases, we can provide a general preliminary budget range during your consultation based on your space size and preferred finish selections. For projects that move forward, we begin with a design kickoff phase. This allows us to plan your layout, coordinate finishes, lighting, wall treatments, and overall visual direction before any work begins. As a design first firm, we use photorealistic visualization to help you see how your space will come together prior to installation. This process helps ensure alignment early on and reduces the likelihood of changes during construction. Design pricing is discussed during your consultation and reflects the planning and visualization required to prepare your space for buildout.

If you can provide blueprints, spec sheets, photos, and general scope — we can often skip the site visit. But if we need to visit your space to gather measurements, photos, or assess feasibility, we charge a $150 flat fee. (This Rate Applies to Texas only) Out-of-state rates vary Site visits include: • Measurement collection • Photo/video documentation • Layout feasibility review • Travel and labor Exceptions: If your unit is located in a car condo facility we’re already partnered with, the site visit fee is typically waived.

Yes we do. If you plan to move forward with one of our preferred build partners, design is offered at a reduced rate and integrated into the overall project process. If you prefer to use your own contractor or collect competitive bids, we also offer standalone design packages at full price. These include build ready documentation such as plans, elevations, and material takeoffs needed for execution by your selected team.
